"Tasted as a still-cloudy sample in May, the 2019 Dorsheim Riesling Eierfels shows an elegant, precise and aromatic bouquet of perfectly ripe and healthy fruits intermixed with flinty notes, still musty at this early stage but already seductive! It is lush and round on the palate, with perfectly ripe and elegant fruit that is played about by ripe and very delicate acidity. This is a light, fine and pure yet lush Riesling that caresses the palate. Beautifully balanced. Excellent!"
